Key Responsibilities (Hybrid Role): Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the entire development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions. Drive best practices in software development, code reviews, and system architecture. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7 years of professional software development experience. 2-3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role. Proficiency in the following technologies: AWS (Amazon Web Services) .NET C# Docker Kubernetes Angular 9 or higher Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
