We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to do the following; Someone who can manage a team of 4 - 5 technicians Manage client bookings and schedule jobs, needs to be on top of the schedule and technicians whereabouts at all times Interact with clients in professional manner Sound knowledge and understanding of security products such as alarms, CCTV, intercoms, access control, gate motors, electric fencing etc. Able to process quotes and invoices (Knowledge with GeoOp Job Management and XERO invoicing is a bonus) Can work under pressure in a fast paced environment Able to work with a team and take instructions Must be able to take ownership of day to day tasks and deliverable SA ID Own reliable transport (Travel to Houghton) Clear criminal record Must be friendly and reliable Speak with a clear voice over the phone Dedicated and not afraid of challenges Must have knowledge and experience with Alarms - IDS, DSC, TEXECOM, PARADOX etc. CCTV Intercoms Access Control Gate Motors Electric Fencing The salary is between R9 000 - R17 000 pm depending on expereience.
