Location: Cape Town Remuneration: Market related HLR Reference : HLR7627 Environment: Our client who develops a global telematics platform with a channel partners network of customers in over 100 countries and across 5 continents has an urgent requirement for a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting partnerships across this global telematics platform. Purpose of the role: Act as crucial bridge between the company and its partners, guiding them through the initial integration / on boarding process, offering tailored training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure their needs are met. Leverage a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities to not only address technical challenges but also to identify opportunities for partners to enhance their operational efficiency and achieve their business objectives. From reactive support to proactively engaging with partners to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback on new features, and anticipate future requirements. Lead internal training sessions. Collaborate on creating and localizing engaging training materials and user manuals without losing the original intent. Qualifications and Experience Required: Relevant 3-year degree or diploma 3 years experience as an Onboarding consultant Experience in account management with the ability to offer insight into the product to enable clients to use the product effectively for their business Go between from clients to Developers / Business Understand integration of products across various clients Ability to train and write training manuals To apply please send through your application to: debbiehelenlucre.co.za Consultant: Debbie Wilke
