Effectively assist the Project Services Engineers with the supply of material to site through understanding contract requirements, procurement of all materials, managing performance of Sub-contractors/suppliers and liaising with the all relevant stake holders Project Service Agreements Understand Service agreements Compile Tender Enquiry packages which clearly defines the scope of work Compile Adjuction Schedules for approval by the relevant approved signatory. Analyse new revised drawings to identify items Liaise with projects services engineer to establish and create the material supply register. Liaise and expedite outstanding orders to be placed with the project service engineer and create exeption lists. Liaise drawing controller/project services engineer to ensure all drawings and revisions are recieved . Identify and raise technical queries and expedite Update the material supply register with drawing and revision issue dates Good understanding of SMPP Technical Drawings to enable the individual to read and measure drawings National Diploma/BTech/Bsc Mechanical Engineer to be negotiated
