The successful candidate must have the following basic requirements: • Relevant degree in Stores Management / Procurement Management / Logistics / Supply Chain • At least 5 years' experience in procurement and material management in a mining environment • Sound knowledge of mining goods • An above average knowledge of supply chains and prod-ucts • Experience with relevant software: SAP and MS suite • Medical certificate of fitness Execute the procurement of specialized and complex goods and services • Conduct expediting activities where required to manage suppliers delivery on specialized goods and services, and renewals projects related buying • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures • Assist End Users in complying with procurement policies and procedures when loading purchase requisitions • Establish and maintain regular order-related communication with internal all stakeholders during the purchase order expediting process • Manage and respond to end-user queries • Explain NPH procurement policies and procedures to End Users • Assist the Buying Coordinator with any administration related to the procure-to-pay process • Maintain order/delivery documentation to ensure an audit trail and keep procurement files up to date • Interface with Core Supply should ongoing contract or supplier issues arise Apply Now
