Fleet Management company has a vacancy for a first-tier support controller in the Engineering team. The candidate will liaise with all levels of staff providing the necessary systems support and feedback. Duties will include investigating/troubleshooting tracking unit/camera issues, assisting technicians with installations, communicating with customers and updating the ERP with customer replies, website report checks, camera footage weekly checks, after-hour networking and server support as required and basic desktop and device support as and when required. Applicants should have a minimum of two years related experience, and a IT/ technical qualification would be an advantage.
