My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Grade 12 Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification: NDip / Suitable trade test- discipline Must be red seal qualified Wireman's Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase Min 5 year experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect hereof) - Advantageous Experience and Exposure to : Fire Systems (Early Detection) , CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems. Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Manage technical maintenance field work Develop and maintain a successful business partnership with the client and stakeholders Manage and handle all PR and HR related matters relating to team and allocated staff HSE level 1 & 2 Enhanced knowledge of: Production plants & process MV/HT Switchgear Standby generators and UPS Electrical Maintenance procedures Equipment & machinery Codes & Health and Safety Best Practices ISO 9000 ISO 14000 Technical drawing HSEQ: Understanding and knowledge of statutory and the client standards. Quality: Understanding of quality as an organisation wide activity and the philosophy of continuous improvement Experience in managing staff and key leadership Budget Exposure (managing and creation) Apply Now
