An Internal Consultant is needed to support the External Fleet Sales Consultants with various customer service and administrative duties, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met at all times. Applicants must have their matric, no criminal record and ideally live in the surrounding areas. Duties will include enrolling new customers and units onto the system, assisting clients with any changes on the cloud or mobile app, collating information, generating reports and distributing them as required, as well as maintaining the client data base, contracts and account information. Previous experience in a similar position within a technical service environment such as fleet management, IT, automotive breakdowns, vehicle tracking etc would be an advantage. Advanced MS Excel Skills Essential (Formulas, graphs and pivots).
