Hire Resolve’s client in plastic manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Gauteng.Responsibilities: Drive employees results in the facility by instilling continuous improvement and excellence in operating and usage/setting of equipment and housekeeping practicesOversee that appropriate processes are utilized to ensure high productivityIdentify/perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintenance tasks.Lead the creation and implementation of technical improvements, machine optimization and maintenance systems for the manufacturing processSuggest and assist in implement cost-saving and continual improvement ideas.Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the company.Troubleshoot moulding issues by evaluating the moulded parts, machine, supportequipment, and/or raw materials to determine problems and optimize process.Mentoring employees where and when necessary.To liaise with toolroom on requirements needed on moulds or machinesRequirements:Min 10 Years Plastic Manufacturing experience in Technical Capacity.Min 10 Years experience in Managerial role.Tertiary degree qualification compulsory.Strong mathematical / statistical bias.Excellent communicator to all levels of an organization.Well disciplined, structured thinker, with exceptional work ethic.Organizational and Time Management SkillsBenefits:Salary: salary negotiableIf you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or emailing your CV to Hire Resolve at manufacturinghireresolve.za.comYou are also welcome to contact Rebecca Grylls or Kayla Pelser on LinkedIn.Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
