This includes developing business plans and attaining sales goals, delivering customer care, and growing revenue Key Areas of Responsibility: Coordinating with the Regional manager to discuss sales strategies, financials, staff and daily operations Monitoring and devising strategies for each sales task Engineering design and calculations of hydraulic systems Commissioning of hydraulic systems on-site at customer facilities Compile hydraulic manuals for hydraulic systems sold to customers Achieve financial targets by growing Market Share Creating sales strategies by incorporating market research and setting targets to improve revenue Performing risk assessments related to hydraulic design principles Collecting customers' feedback to improve client service and operations Managing staff ensuring they understand and meet their KPI's Management of Company Assets Monthly reporting to Regional Manager with regards to any non-conformances, operational Issues, staff issues, prospects, forecasts Tertiary education in Engineering or similar qualification 5 Years sales management experience 10 Years design and manufacturing experience of hydraulic systems Must have sound computer knowledge and applications at an advance level Intermediate / Advanced MS Office Suite Accountability Analytical skills Building Customer loyalty Communication skills Conceptual thinking Decision Making
