Our national client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Technical Manager based at their Jet Park branch. This diverse role covers managing the technical department to ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement of the warranty process, reviewing the company's warranty policy, assessing and reporting on claims, as well as training all staff nationally on company products. The ideal incumbent must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, have at least 5 years technical battery product knowledge and have good inter-personal skills. Matric with a relevant tertiary, trade qualification and a valid SA drivers' license is essential.
