Top job - an awesome career opportunity awaits you Job Requirements: MSc in chemistry/ polymer science . 10 - 15 Years’ Chemistry experience preferably within the Ink and Printing Industry. 10 -15 years relevant experience specifically in product synthesis or characterization. Good understanding of pigment, resin and additive chemistry. Proven records of synthesizing or developing a Novel product/s or innovation of new product or new product application. Computer Literate – Excel, PP, Word, Office, IBM Notes and SAP. Strong analytical skills. Pro Active – able to develop oneself and take initiative. Strong theoretical and practical application knowledge of analytical techniques including GC, GCMS , FTIR, COF and IFS. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities, but not limited to: 1. UV Formulation: Should have good knowledge of raw materials used in UV Inks & coatings. Knowledge of local regulations for raw material selection. To be able to adjust standard products as per local requirements. 2. Product recommendation: Understand technical requirement of customers in detail, gather all inputs and recommend suitable product from the company's product library. 3. Analytical: Analyze issues faced by customer and identify root-cause. Co-relate with formulation and application parameters to find resolution. 4. Color: Good knowledge of color theory. Capable of guiding team to match customer specific shades accurately and quickly. 5 . Communication: Should be able to communicate directly with customers & internal stake holders. Sharing technical updates and evaluation reports with all stakeholders. 6. Safety: Follow and establish culture of Safety within team by following safe practices and using appropriate PPEs.
