MAIN ROLE PURPOSE: To lead, manage and support the entire operation of TSI Glass Operations (Zimbabwe) (“The Company”) and its Wholesale, Retail and Fitment operations, by implementing and driving Company Standards and Operations in line with the Company's Strategy as well as Franchisor (South Africa) and the Company's standards as advised from time to time. MAIN ROLE OBJECTIVES: Ensure the achievement of company budgets by generating sales through establishing and maintaining a customer base, managing expenses, effective stock control, effective cash management and strict adherence to company processes that will result in sustainable profitability and growth. Establish a culture of trust, effective communication, cooperation and aligned team dynamics towards achieving business Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through effective leadership, performance management and KPI tracking. Develop partnerships and networks to enable TSI Glass Operations (Zimbabwe) operations nationally. Enable excellent customer service by empowering all staff and TSI Glass Operations (Zimbabwe) fitters, as well as sub-franchisees, through training opportunities as well as effective quality management to deliver exceptional customer service, timeous communication, one call resolution and effective scheduling. Enforce and effectively manage compliance to standard business practises and procedures by conducting checks on counter sales, review Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Internal Transfer of Stock (ITS) so as to reduce stock loss and utilise end of day reports to monitor Fitment Centre performance so as to mitigate overall risk. Ensure that there are no irregular operations within the Company and its Fitment Centres. Attend to and embrace new-business-related learning opportunities, continuous development and or improvements and extended reasonable work-related tasks and responsibilities as may come about towards remaining in an industry leading position. QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Bachelors' Degree (e.g. Engineering, Commerce, Finance) KNOWLEDGE: Computer Literacy. Software Skills (e.g. SAP, Xero Accounting, MS Office) Company policies and procedures. (Required) Business Acumen (1st). (Required) Extensive knowledge of the full range of glass products, aluminium products, smash and grab, tinging, vinyls, rubber linings, and other related solutions. (Required) REQUIRED (Non-negotiable) SKILLS: Budgeting and finance. Customer relationship management. Partnership management. Problem solving. Communications management. People management. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years relevant experience. At least 2 years of total functional experience must have been exposure to general management duties.
