This role involves a developer mindset, focusing on creating streamlined systems and innovative solutions for clients and the team. The agency values professional development and collaboration.Responsibilities:Integrations:Developing and managing seamless marketing platform integrations using JavaScript, webhooks, and APIs.Automation:Managing complex workflows for email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer interaction and increase conversion rates.CRM Development:Overseeing and refining CRM processes within GHL (Go High Level) to optimize customer interactions and data management.Lead Qualification:Designing decision tree surveys with API integrations for effective lead qualification.Testing:Conducting A/B and multivariate tests to refine and optimise marketing strategies.Innovation:Staying updated on marketing technology trends to incorporate new tools.Troubleshooting:Addressing technical issues within marketing automations and integrations.Education:Supporting and training the marketing team in new technologies.Analytics:Designing and implementing comprehensive analytics reports to track and assess automation and integration strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or IT.3 years of experience in technical marketing role, focusing on automations and integrations.Proficient in JavaScript and PHP, with additional programming skills.Experience in web design, Wordpress, and personal web applications.Expertise in API integrations and CRM platforms.Ability to work autonomously, effectively managing time in both office and remote environments.Highly self-motivated, committed to continuous learning.Excellent communication skills, quick learner, and responsive to client inquiries and team communications.Meticulous attention to detail, accurate campaign submissions.Skilled in problem-solving, offering efficient solutions.Well-versed in Google products and communication and marketing tools.Compensation:Pay Range: R20,000 - R40,000Compensation for this role will be dependent on experienceCompensation will be provided on a monthly basisPerformance bonuses will be offered after 6 monthsApplication Process:To be considered for this position, completion of the application quiz is essential.
