Managing all aspects of Cost Management on assigned projects. Advanced measurement techniques, dynamic Cost Management, Complex payment certification. Prepare tender estimates, budgets and cash flow. Do cost control and reporting during pre-contract period. Draft and prepare Bill of Quantities, review enquiry documents and manage commercial management processes and contractual deadlines, budget and resources for a project. Manage and assist direct reports. Conduct QS meetings with other departments, sub-contractors and clients. Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. 3 years' Quantity Surveying experience. Knowledge of Engineering Contracts (NEC and FIDIC). Knowledge of estimating. Computer Literate. No Criminal Record. Management and leadership qualification would be advantageous. Valid Code B driver's license or above will be advantageous. Good communications skills. MONTHLY SALARY (All Inclusive): R15 000
