Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate

Experience:

• Experience in the paint and building industry
• Knowledge of building contracts management
• Coatings industry experience
• Interaction with architects/quantity surveyors
• Sales process experience in paint trade

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to sales team and customers
• Conduct on-site quality assurance
• Verify 3rd party quality reports
• Handle technical and customer complaints
• Assist with product verification and application
• Conduct site visits and compile technical reports
• Provide color guidance and technical advice

Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of industry practices
• Practical understanding of paint application
• Competent with quality assurance instrumentation
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
