Stay up to date on technology news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc. Assist sales personnel Formulate responses to customer inquiries/questions as directed by management Responsible for answering sales calls and relaying messages BSc in Textiles Customer focused Ability to build relationships Good negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills
