Technical Sales Rep (Fixed term) - Benoni
Our client, a world leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their dynamic team for a 2 year fixed term contract.
Are you passionate about sales and results driven then this role is for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of Plastics/ PVC additives to ensure continuous growth in existing markets and to ensure expansion into new markets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Appropriate Sales/ Marketing diploma / degree.
- A chemistry qualification will be an advantage.
- 5-year technical sales experience in the plastics environment.
- Result- Oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Computer Literate.
Key Duties:
- Calling on customers.
- Extensive cold calling.
- Developing new business.
- Establishing technical requirements specific to customer needs.
- Good product knowledge and good communication skills.
