A significant portion of the preferred candidate’s time will dedicated to effective communication and customer relationship management.Location – Benoni, Gauteng Qualification and Experience Grade 12. Engineering background on mechanical and electrical equipment. Sales Diploma preferable or willing to obtaining Diploma in 3 years. Min 3 years sales experience. Proven experience in Microsoft-Office. Syspro working experience. Skills and abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Showcase excellent attention to detail. Must be able to demonstrate a strong sense of business initiative. Key responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out potential customers and qualifying leads through various channels such as networking, e-mails, follow ups, incoming calls and attending to walk- in customers. Customer Acquisition: Developing strategies to increase the number of customers by promoting products or services, conducting product demonstrations, and highlighting their technical features and benefits. Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing technical advice, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Sales Administration: Managing all aspects of the sales process, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, as well as processing orders ,process all inter-company transactions and maintaining accurate sales records. Technical Support: Offering expertise and guidance on technical aspects of products or services, helping clients understand the features, functionalities, and compatibility of offerings. Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities. This may involve conducting follow-up calls, resolving issues, and seeking feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for sales growth and product development. Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies. Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of advancements in technology, industry standards, and product updates to maintain a high level of technical expertise and credibility with customers. Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales metrics, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
