To procure business from new and existing customers, manage agents and ensure sound relationships with the entire customer base. Building sound customer relationships (ongoing). Technical advice and training – including presentations. Checking of batteries, voltages, and SG's. Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts and other. Soliciting new customers. Servicing existing customers and accounts. Handling of customer complaints and queries. (Cradle to grave) Management of budgets – sales and expenses. Meeting sales targets and deadlines. Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions. Reviewing cost and sales performance. Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask. Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress reports Sell complete offering of products. Follow-up on deliveries. Grade 12. Diploma is Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering 2 to 4 years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential. Preference would be given to candidates with a college certificate/diploma in Sales & Marketing Strong Communication Skills Apply Now
