Minimum 2 years experience in sales within the Agricultural industry will be required
Sound understanding of Integrated Pest Management principles is essential
An AVCASA certification is advantageous
Can be based anywhere in KZN as this is a remote role
Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel within the region
Good communication skills, specifically in English, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, is important for this role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing technical & sales support to the value chain whilst driving the sales strategy within their areas of operations in order to achieve company targets.
Increasing market share and adding value through monitoring networks and infrastructure.
Developing, managing and implementing customer and area budgets.
Managing relationships with and develop key agents within the distribution network.
Using information and social networks to problem solve and add value throughout the supply chain.
Contributing to developing sales and route to market strategy for each territory within the designated area of operation.
Actively contributing towards the groups information management strategy.
Managing product application services within the designated territory
Being actively involved in local communities, representing the companys brand in line with the companys corporate values.
Developing deep understanding of Integrated Pest management and key drivers of a holistic approach to satisfy market needs.
