Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services across multiple platforms.
Monitor and optimise the performance, reliability, and security of cloud environments.
Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Collaborate with development teams to support the deployment of new applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure-related issues promptly.
Manage cloud costs and optimise resource utilisation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration or a similar role.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
