Our Client is the largest and only licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. They are dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. The client’s technology stack includes: NodeJS, Typescript, VueJS, NuxtJS, Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS SQS, AWS IoT, AWS EC2, ELK Stack, Jest, Flutter and more. Job Type: Full time l Remote Requirements 4 years work experience as a full stack engineer/developer, additional experience with technical support will be advantageous You have experience planning and prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, facilitating conversations and documenting results (RCA) Experience with typescript, Node.js, vue.js and possessing a broad knowledge of API best practices Experience with Python, Java and multiple programming languages will be advantageous Experience working in AWS cloud architecture In-depth experience working with microservices and APIs Experience troubleshooting, digging and following through logs or browser dev tools to identify root causes and bugs Knowledge of networking concepts, authentication methods, and information security concepts Strong prioritization, time management and logical thinking skills with a bias towards action You have the ability to recognize patterns that could indicate the presence of a deeper technical issue You have a high EQ and a deep empathy and desire to help others Verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with an ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical team members and other relevant individuals An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with times of high demand An ability to assist other engineering teams in their integration of our services, demonstrating a high-level of empathy and institutional knowledge. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Payments team as well as with our cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and help improve our B2B products Provide expert guidance and support to partners on best practices for API integration, including but not limited to authentication, data formatting, error handling, and performance optimization Provide clear and concise communication and updates regarding issue resolution and feature development statuses to the team and external stakeholders Ensure quality by performing thorough testing and leveraging peer reviews for your work and the work of cross functional teams Adhere to internal coding standards, development processes, and design best practices to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for the future (and present) of the company’s platform Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, API reference documentation, and troubleshooting resources, to support our partners throughout the integration lifecycle While adhering to SLA’s & KPI’s, proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance our B2B products, integration processes, and support workflows, contributing to the overall improvement of our products and services Embrace and demonstrate our values: humility, creativity, and independence Apply Now
