Tasks and responsibilities include: Provide pre-sales technical assistance, install and configure the company's equipment in client offices, and follow-up with support as required. Install, maintain and troubleshoot Windows PCs, Apple Mac and smartphones hardware, operating systems, applications. Assist users on their daily job. Maintain office IT infrastructure equipment, diagnose and solve hardware issues, replace parts as required. Manages proper building general maintenance and safety, including electrical and air conditioning systems, as well as taking care of the office car regular service. Professional Qualifications: Applicants must have a University degree in computer science or a relevant field. An operational knowledge of video production and broadcast will be considered as a key advantage. Any IT or network related certifications, would be much appreciated. Applicants must be proficient in English, and French would be also an advantage.
