Our client is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Technical Support Representative. About the role: The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for keeping customers informed about their inquiries, updating and managing incidents, and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will follow procedures for managing major incidents, stay updated on company processes, and help new team members settle in. Responsibilities: Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries through phone and email. Update and manage incidents, making sure they are resolved within the agreed timeframe. Escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 of years experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
