Maintenance team management and motivation Ensuring all maintenance is completed efficiently and to a high standard Task delegation of the maintenance team Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards Supervision of specialised suppliers on-site Air Conditioner and Fresh Air System Maintenance and Repair General Maintenance and Light Repairs Site Walk Abouts and maintenance inspections Storage Control General Administration Driving; pick-ups and deliveries Water Tanks and Borehole Pump maintenance and repairs Solar Energy System Restart Stand-by Emergency Call Outs Ad Hoc Tasks to be performed when needed General upkeep of site facilities Qualified, Experienced, Trade tested artisan with a minimum N3 technical qualification and a minimum of 5 years electrical experience in all types of projects and maintenance. Code B Driver's license Computer Literate (MS Applications) High level of responsibility and confidentiality. Ability to give attention to detail. Ability to deal with conflict. Good human relations, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
