Key Responsibilities: System: Maintain Information System for Training. Schedule Training. Liaising with internal and external clients. Develop training content in line with business client requirements. Identify, analyse, plan and implement training agreements. Administration: Development of Training materials. Training Records. Maintain records of training activities and participant progress. Reporting: Update and maintain Annual Training Reports Skills Development Framework Reports Skills Gap Matrix Reporting Essential Requirements: NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate. National senior certificate. Working experience 3 years. Technological background. Solar and inverter training background (beneficial). Ability to train at different levels.
