Technical Trainer / IT Support / Desk Support Engineer (Online Banking), Month to month project - Johannesburg
Are you open to work on a month to month contract for a well known bank, as part of a project? Receive training in JHB for a few weeks', receive all the necessary equipment to deliver on your duties, just make sure you have excellent network connectivity in your area of residence.
This role is all about 1st line support, so if you have at least 2 full years' of working experience in IT 1st line support and have either a diploma or degree in IT, N+ or MCSE certificate, read further.
In this role you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and training the banking clients on the online banking system that is on their devices, so they are able to do transactions.
Excellent English communication is a MUST and you need to have patience and able to articulate well.

Clear criminal record, clear ITC (Credit check), clear fraud, clear sequestration.
