Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of one of the following domains: Hydraulics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electricals Experience with maintenance and repairs on rolling material Responsibilities: Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the company's SHEQ standards, as stated in document of SHEQ department Responsibilities Manager with Regard to Safety, Quality & Environment, to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way. Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization. Visits various sites/locations and fill in a WPI on regular basis. Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with company SHEQ standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation. Performs repairs and preventive maintenance, based on the instructions of the Workshop Supervisor regarding fleet equipment, material, and, when necessary, the yard, according to a checklist and/or the applicable company procedures and manufacturers guidelines. Troubleshoots when detecting and repairing failures. If required, provides support for interventions outside the workshop. Accurately records and punctually completes required documentation, such as maintenance reports, work record sheets, and timesheets, according to company procedures and instructions. Reports failures, errors, deviations, and damages to the Workshop Supervisor.
