RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and Maintain Solar PV and BESS Assets: Oversee asset performance and reliability with regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. Use data analytics to predict failures and optimize performance. Technology Development: Lead software platform development for asset monitoring and optimisation. Integrate new technologies and ensure platforms are user-friendly and scalable. Customer Relations Management: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Lead the CRM team, ensuring seamless systems integration. Gather feedback to improve products and services. Product Execution: Manage product development from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop strategic product roadmaps. Monitor industry trends for innovation. Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing team.
