Requirements: Matric, High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanour and neat appearance. Own car to ensure reliable means of transport. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Ensuring efficient and accurate sales administration performance. Professional conduct and positive attitude at all times. Show a concerted effort on making all targets agreed upon. Maintaining clear, honest and comprehensive communication when dealing with all internal departments, suppliers and clients. Executing accurate and detailed information when processing orders and quotations. Getting acquainted with stock (training will be provided). Quoting Clients directly or through sales Representatives. Invoicing clients. Following up on outstanding quotations. Establishing ETA's and communicating them to relevant persons.
