Requirements Matric/ Equivalent Qualification 2-4 Years of Telesales Experience Inbound and outbound sales experience Customer Service Principles Business Communication Skills (written and verbal) Sales Principle Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, by maintaining quality service levels in line with Key Performance Indicators, through efficient and effective multi-channel claims handling end-to-end Maximise Cash Sales by chasing every available lead and converting leads into sales in line with the Company Strategy Ensure understanding of the customer needs through effective communication with customers, the tenacious and energetic pursuit of viable glass solutions, and active objection management toward securing a sale that relieves the glass problem and secures a sale for business Ensure compliance to admin Standard Operating Procedures, and system process flow requirements by timeously/real-time updating info, sharing information, preparing reports and supporting submissions, and highlighting opportunities that may grow business Enable teamwork, collaborative work practices exceptional contribution, and great performance delivery through impeccable self-management, self-discipline, behavior driven by corporate values, and a hunger to satisfy customer glass needs Maintain established and professional networks with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity
