Telesales Agent - Remote RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide them with information on new products, discounts and services. The main goal is to convert and to get depositing customers. Build rapport and engage with customers via calls, emails or webchat to better the customer experience. Identify sales opportunities by means of effective listening and questioning skills Ensuring a clear understanding of the KPI targets and drive to achieve or exceed them. Assist, support and liaise with sales, marketing or other departments in dealing with customer requests and needs in an attempt to optimise sales and revenue. Use highly effective, original and targeted retention marketing copy for promotions. This will be done on various online settings, including email, SMS and online web content. Prepare required reports relating to job function. Customer conversion rate of the Acquisition team Lead to registration rate of the sales team. Lead to first deposit rate. Number of contacts made and time spent on the calls Contact potential clients regarding product or service offered. Asking potential clients relevant questions to understand the client and their needs. Match the correct product to the client. Accurately explain features and benefits of the Product. Meet, achieve and exceed sales targets, Adhere to and achieve Quality Assurance and Compliance standards. Accurately capture client details. Ensure call backs status are timeously contacted and followed up. Matric Certificate Strong sales abilities Ability to perform under pressure in a target driven environment Knowledge of sales principles and strategies REQUIREMENTS Skills Resilient Goal orientated Time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication.
