Inbound / Outbound existing base Cold base & Cold call telephone Sales and Aftersales Services Customer Services and Marketing Order Processing and Administration Customer Date Maintenance Sales target achievement Order processing Processing of credit notes Resolving customer queries Offer focus products and specials on every call. Martric Computer literate - proficiency n MS Excel and Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing Minimum of 6 months experience in telesales Well organised with strong administartive skills Willing to work under pressure with high call targets Team player , highly motivated , strong interpersonal skills Well-spoken with good telephone manner in English and Afrikaans Clear credit and Criminal History Clear disciplinary record R10 500 - R12 500 Benefits- R1000 travel, Potential to earn commision, Pension and Medical aid.
