This role requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years relevant marketing and/or sales experience within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans), outstanding customer care and full computer literacy is expected.
Responsibilities include the full customer service process, including processing orders, selling products/services and handling correspondence as well as customer queries.
