TELESALES FMCG - South Africa
FMCG, Processing, Packaging, Cold Storage and Distribution Company seeks a FMCG Telesales Person to market processed meat to market, wholesale and retail and butcheries.
Must have experience in calling on food retail stores like Spar and Pick n Pay!
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric and own transport
- Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure.
- Experience in Telesales ESSENTIAL, in FMCG
- Experience in the meat industry
- Must be computer literate.
DUTIES
- Phoning Clients to establish order requirements
- Accurately processing of placed orders from customers.
- Handling customer queries
- Building sound customer relationships
- Follow up on orders
- Solving any discrepancies
- Follow up with Management on daily progress
- General administration duties required
