Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets to increase revenue through excellent customer service and sales process management within the telesales department
Support Company's marketing initiatives by ensuring stock availability and coordination for the Sales Team to drive business market share growth
Ensure all customer queries and requests are handled professionally and timely to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets for business growth
Take responsibility for telesales team administration, filing, and reporting to provide accurate information to stakeholders, adhering to company standards and policies
Coordinate and process credit notes accurately according to company policy to ensure correct billing and customer satisfaction
Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders for informed business decision-making
Manage staff effectively, holding them accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and develop and mentor them through talent management and IDP processes
