Telesales Team Leader - Johannesburg

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Sales/ Marketing or relevant Qualification
  • Matric Certificate
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1 year of Supervisory experience
  • 3 years Automotive industry experience
  • SAP knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets to increase revenue through excellent customer service and sales process management within the telesales department
  • Support Company's marketing initiatives by ensuring stock availability and coordination for the Sales Team to drive business market share growth
  • Ensure all customer queries and requests are handled professionally and timely to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets for business growth
  • Take responsibility for telesales team administration, filing, and reporting to provide accurate information to stakeholders, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Coordinate and process credit notes accurately according to company policy to ensure correct billing and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders for informed business decision-making
  • Manage staff effectively, holding them accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and develop and mentor them through talent management and IDP processes
