Three (3) years Mobile RF Planning and Optimisation experience. One year WCDMA planning and optimisation experience. Special requirements: Valid driver’s license. Willing to work long hours. The incumbent will be responsible for regional: RNC/BTS planning, optimisation, dimensioning, integration and configuration, Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) management, customer quality and coverage complaint management, as well as implementation of all relevant policies and procedures.
