Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, a dynamic Company founded in 1982 with a national footprint with branches in Johannesburg, Vanderbijlpark, KZN and Cape Town, is seeking to employ an Admin Clerk (Temp) to join their Western Cape Team. Applicants must reside in the Bellville area. Assist all members of the team with admin duties. Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports and other forms of communication. Managing personnel databases and payroll. Maintain and update filing, mailing, faxing, coping and database systems. Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules. Attend meetings to take notes and write minutes. Create and update databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Assist administrative staff in paperwork processing and filing duties. Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. At least 2 (Two) years of experience in a similar position . MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Previous TES Industry experience will be advantageous. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Outstanding organisational skills. Self-motivated and highly organized. Strong and proven work ethic. A driver's license and own transport.
