Job Summary:

Regal Security requires a dedicated Temp Branch Admin Assistant at our Polokwane Branch.

Brief Job Description:

Resolve information enquiries and ensure appropriate referrals.

Remain informed of all events, specials, promotions etc, taking place at the branch.

Remain informed of who is present at the branch at any one time.

Manage the booking in and follow up of repairs at the branch.

Assist with filing of documentation as required by the branch.

Perform general supportive administration as required by the branch.

Generate standard correspondence as per instruction.

Assist in other areas of the business as required by management from time to time or in case of emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years working experience in administration
  • Computer literacy
  • Computer literacy

Personality

  • Dedicated and loyal worker
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task
  • Work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
