Business Franchise Assistant role is to provide administration and communication support to the Business Franchise to enable greater engagement and efficiency in the network and the company as a whole • Communication – creation and distribution of newsletters, bulletins and general information to franchise network – sharing info on products/ promotions/ marketing initiatives/ new stores/ revamps/ branding /etc. Extended to internal communication programs with regards to franchise activities to create synergy and understanding • New Store Activations – press liaison/ event coordination/ physical participation • Database accuracy – franchise database including all store details, personnel, operating hours, website and social updates to match database. • Preperation of data for franchise review sessions (sales/ goolge reviews/ complaints/ mystery shopper/ etc.) • Collection and retention of data for FOTY, analyses and preparation of scores • Participation in council meetings, preparation of presentation, recording and distribution of minutes of meetings • Analise individual store trends compared to region as well as national (sales/ expenses/ etc) • Any other franchise related activities
