Our client is seeking an experienced Temp HR / Wage Clerk to join the Port Elizabeth team on a maternity contract, · Applying for leave on the bargaining councils online portal, · Loading new employees on the portal · Monthly submission of bc returns · Reconciliation of payroll and bc monthly schedule · Attending to bc queries from staff · Processing weekly casual wages from manual and electronic timesheets · Assisting with filing and drawing up employment contracts · Assisting with checking timesheet on ERS (biometric system) · Grade 12 · Minimum 2 years relevant experience, · Bargaining council experience essential, · Proficient in MS Office, · Must be available to start immediately, Apply Now
