You will meet set SLAs based on call categories and classifications. You will be responsible for guiding users and orienting them on all IT systems, systems usage, and IT processes. You will perform Systems Administration and Maintenance as assigned by the ICT Service Delivery Manager External. You must possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, and then propose. solutions or recommendations. As an IT Support technician, this opportunity will develop and enhance technical skills through hands-on experience and continuous learning. Requirement Bachelor's degree in information technology Certificate for ITIL Foundation Minimum 3 year's experience in an IT Support technician role Minimum 2 year's experience with Windows OS environments Knowledge of Physical IT infrastructure.
