Implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures; Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts; Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits ( Medical aid & Provident fund applications); Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department; Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews; Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and any issues that may arise; Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form; Actioning disciplinary procedures when necessary; Understanding of full payroll process; Ensure compliance with labour regulations. Matric; 3 years' experience full HR function; Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices; Own transport and valid drivers license.
