Our client is seeking a Temp Payroll Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms,· Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers,· Submit attendance registers to Financial Manager· Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site,· Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for,· Prepare performance based rewards calculations· Assist with payroll queries· Complete exit documents· Review monthly payroll · Grade 12· NQF Level 6 qualification· Minimum 3 years’ experience· VIP Payroll experience essential· Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road and Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) is preferred· Advanced MS Excel experience,· Must be available immediately Liezel Harrington Apply Now
