Job Title: Programme Administrative Assistant Location: Westcliff, Johannesburg Employment type: 6-month Fixed-term, December 2019 to May 2020) Remuneration: R20,000 per month (all inclusive) Reports to: Strategy Director Start date: 1 st December 2019 The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programmes team through admin support to programme team, Liaison between office and grantees, Grantee Events Coordination Documenting all convenings and file management Responsibilities: Admin support to programme team, Liaison between office and grantees, Grantee Events Coordination Documenting all convenings and file management. Required: Relevant tertiary qualification Relevant administrative support work experience, ideally in the non-profit sector. Experience with working successfully as part of a small team is an advantage.
