Theatre Scrub Nurses - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the unit in meeting the requirements of quality patient care.
- Uphold high professional standards and demonstrate a commitment to personal development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in supervising subordinates and managing unit workload.
- Nursing Diploma or Degree
- Post basic Operating Theatre Diploma and SANC registered.
- Scrubbing experience working in multi-disciplinary hospitals.
- Experience in Vascular and Cardiac Surgery would be added advantage.
- Possess high energy levels and adaptability
- Ability to work flexible hours as per operational requirements
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
