End to end administration of employee time and attendance, leave administration and ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and company policies. 1) Sage ESS Super User: All (Employee Self Service) ESS administration functions 2) Time and Attendance System Super User: All Jarrison administration functions - Load /Terminate/Transfer employees - Allocate and allocate zones - Monitor clockings - Print time sheets for departmental managers - Prints time and attendance related reports and distribute to the relevant authority as and when necessary - Analyse timesheets and provide specialist advise to managers/employees - Address and resolve exceptions - Generate monthly hours reports and submit to payroll for processing 3) Employer Manual Rolls Calls - Obtain weekly reports, check for accuracy and corrections - Ensure approval by the relevant authority - Resolve queries 4) Leave Administration - Provide specialist policy and legal advice to employees - Analyse trends and initiate incapacity processes where necessary - Refer absence transgressions to the Head of HR and factory managers - Initiate, facilitate and administer ill medical incapacity cases Min Grade 12 Post matric qualification in HR/Payroll 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role (not negotiable) Experience in Time and Attendance Systems (not negotiable) Minimum 2 years working experience in Sage 300 Payroll Module and ESS (not negotiable) Working experience in a Unionised Factory environment (not negotiable) Previous experience in dealing with Bargaining Council. Experience in MIBCO or SEIFSA MS Excel experience West Rand resident R15K - R20K max
