This position involves projects within the greater Cape Town area, and out-of-town travel for various projects. REQUIREMENTS Matric and minimum Elconop 2 Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar and Inverter installations Valid code B driver’s license compulsory (own car not required) Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with clear communication skills Must be able to work under pressure. Must be available to work after hours on weekends/public holidays, and out-of-town projects, when required. Must be able to lead a team. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & TASKS Cable laying Cable terminations Cable labelling Cable testing Inverter installation Battery installation Communication connections System optimisation and commissioning Any required work as per the senior artisan’s request DUTIES Assist his/her team leader with site visits pre-installation Ensure required materials and tools are ready for each installation Effectively delegate tasks to team members at installations Effectively problem-solve on-site and report to a team leader if required Ensure completion of installations within time and quality parameters Ensure professional conduct of him/herself and team at all times Execution of COC test sheet according to SANS regulations Record necessary information needed for SSEG process Complete professional handover to client post installation To Apply Click Here Application Deadline: October 06 2023 Apply Now
