Requirements: Minimum 5 Years work experience in Plastic Injection Molds, preferably auto ancillary industries Capable to do assemble & disassemble – Injection molds Must have hydraulic knowledge of any core sequence Knowledge in Hot Runner system Steel knowledge Hand skill in Mold technical polishing Hands on experience in Conventional Tool Room machine operation Knowledge in plastic injection mold preventive maintenance Knowledge and hand skill to do Repair and Maintenance of Plastic Injection mold Over Head Crane – using experience & preferably a license holder Hands on experience to operate Laser Welding / Tig welding machine. KPAs: Track all mould maintenance schedule to relevant PMS Ensure parts are assembled according to safe work instructions Dismantling any type of tooling Using crane and rigging equipment Stripping any type of hot runner elements, gates pins Design manufacture any loose components Assist in engineering changes Please note that prospective employees will be subject to security vetting.
